SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Syracuse ice hockey travels to University Park, Pa. this weekend for a two-game series against College Hockey America (CHA) foe Penn State. Puck drop at Pegula Ice Arena is scheduled for 2 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, and the games can be watched via Big Ten Network+ with the links above.

Last Time Out
The Orange fell short against St. Lawrence on Nov. 16, losing, 4-3, in overtime to the Saints. Senior Savannah Rennie scored her fourth of the year, while senior Anonda Hoppner netted her third. Junior Victoria Klimek scored her second of the season while also helping on Hoppner's lamp-lighter. Freshman Anna Leschyshyn picked up two points as she contributed assists on two of the Orange's goals as well.

Honors on Honors on Honors
Klimek collected College Hockey America (CHA) Player of the Week honors on Nov. 18 after recording the second multi-point game of her career against St. Lawrence.
Klimek is the third Orange to be recognized by the conference this season, following freshman defender Mae Batherson (Rookie of the Week, Nov. 4) and junior blueliner Jessica DiGirolamo (Player of the Week, Oct. 7).
The Hunt for 400
Head coach Paul Flanagan enters the weekend with 395 career wins. At 400, he'll become just the seventh women's coach to hit the milestone and second in the CHA behind Mercyhurst's Michael Sisti.

- Senior Kelli Rowswell is one of 35 skaters to score a short-handed goal thus far.
- DiGirolamo ranks 28th nationally in points per game for defenders (0.69) and eighth in the CHA.
