CLEMSON, S.C. – Syracuse battles No. 1 Clemson on Sunday, March 7 in Clemson, S.C. It marks the Orange's return to ACC play and the Atlantic Division.

ORANGE UPDATE
The Orange have not played in 11 days after their match against Vermont was cancelled. Syracuse enters Sunday's match with a 1-4-3 record. Sophomore Noah Singelmann has taken over as the 'Cuse's leader in points. He has two goals and three assists for seven points.

SCOUTING THE TIGERS
Clemson will make its spring debut on Sunday. The Tigers enter the match with an 8-2-1 record. Clemson won the ACC Championship in the fall. The Tigers defeated Virginia in the semifinals and then No. 1 Pitt, 2-1, in the final.

ORANGE AGAINST NO. 1
Syracuse has faced the No. 1 team in the nation four times. The Orange are 2-1-1 in those matches. The 'Cuse's first meeting against the top-ranked team was at Connecticut on Oct. 14, 2000. Syracuse prevailed, 1-0, in that contest. The Orange defeated No. 1 Wake Forest, 2-0, in 2018 at the SU Soccer Stadium.
