Tivnan also earned the 2021-22 One University Award for producing the top cumulative grade-point average among student-athletes, and the 2021-22 Falk College Excellence Award. She was named to the 2021 CoSIDA Academic All-District Team. Tivnan was named to the Syracuse University Athletic Director's Honor Roll (3.0-or-better semester grade-point-average) and Falk College Dean's List in each of her previous eight semesters. She was a four-time member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll (3.0-or-better academic year grade-point-average) and was selected to the 2020 and 2021 All-ACC Academic Women's Soccer Team. The nation's top student-athletes are honored for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Nominees needed a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.5-or-better and had to have played in 50 percent of the team's games. CSC Academic All-District® recipients advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.
The Orange were 8-7-3 this fall, equaling the program's win total from the previous three seasons.
