SYRACUSE, N.Y. – No. 10 Syracuse hosts No. 21 Clemson at the SU Soccer Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 15. Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. (ESPNU). Parking and admission are free of charge.
Sunday will be a rematch of the 2022 ACC Championship game, where Syracuse beat Clemson, 2-0.
This will be the sixth and final appearance of the regular season for the Orange on national television. 'Cuse was on ESPNU three times last season, all coming during postseason play.
The team will hold Otto's Kids Club Day and Military Appreciation Day. Lockheed Martin is proud to sponsor Military Appreciation Day.

Syracuse lost 2-1 to Temple on Tuesday.

Senior Gabriel Mikina scored his fourth goal of the season at 86:59 off a corner kick.

Graduate student Buster Sjoberg and senior Jeorgio Kocevski recorded the assists on the goal.

Sjoberg now has a point in two straight games after scoring his first goal in a Syracuse uniform on Oct. 7 at No. 13 North Carolina.

Kocevski registered his league-best ninth assist and is tied for the second-most helpers in the country.

'Cuse held a 14-0 advantage in corner kicks against the Owls, improving to a nation-best 8.33 corners-per-game and giving the team 100 corners on the season.

The Orange are one of three schools to reach the century mark in corners, joining Dayton (102) and Akron (104).

Scouting the Tigers
Mike Noonan is in his 14th season leading the Clemson men's soccer program. The Tigers are 8-3-1 this year and hold a 3-2-0 record against ACC opponents. Clemson last played on Friday, Oct. 6, where the team beat Louisville, 4-0, at home.

Ousmane Sylla and Nathan Richmond lead the team with 14 and 13 points, respectively. Sylla, Richmond, Alex Meinhard and Mohamed Seye all have four goals for the Tigers this year. Sylla was named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week after recording two goals and an assist in two games last week for Clemson.

In net, goalkeeper Joseph Andema has a 0.96 goals against average through 12 matches, posting a .703 save percentage in over 1,000 minutes of action.

Sunday's match will be the 16th all-time meeting between Syracuse and Clemson. The teams have met five times in the postseason, with four coming in the ACC Tournament. 'Cuse is 2-0-3 in those contests.
