
Orange Set For Road Swing

No. 25 Syracuse tennis (11-1, 4-1 ACC) hits the road this weekend for a pair of league matchups against nationally ranked Clemson and Georgia Tech squads. The Orange will pair with the Tigers (11-6, 1-5 ACC) in the Palmetto State on Friday at 3 p.m. before heading to the Flats for a clash with the Yellow Jackets (7-6, 2-4 ACC) on Sunday at noon.
The 'Cuse have evenly split all eight meetings (4-4) with the Tigers and trails 3-8 in pairings versus the Yellow Jackets.
Syracuse recently wrapped up an exciting five-match home stand, which included a 5-2 upset of No. 23 Miami. The squad picked up three more wins against Florida State (W, 4-3), Coppin State (W, 5-0), and Virginia Tech (W, 5-2). SU's lone loss of the season was to No. 15 Virginia (L, 4-2).
Following this weekend, the Orange are back at Drumlins Country Club for their final two-match home stand of the season against ranked Duke (Fan Appreciation Day, March 24) and North Carolina (Senior Day, March 26) squads.
