Syracuse will host Robert Morris in a College Hockey America series this weekend at Tennity Ice Pavilion. The first game is Friday, January 26 at 6 pm and the second game is set for Saturday, January 27 at 3 pm. The Orange (5-19-2 overall, 2-9-1 CHA) split their series at Penn State last weekend, while Robert Morris (9-15, 6-6) had a win and a loss against Mercyhurst in their last two games. RMU won two games against the Orange when the teams met in Moon Township, Pa. in November, taking the first game 4-2 and the second game 3-2.

Orange defenseman Alexandria Weiss earned the CHA Defenseman of the week following her performance in Syracuse's three games last week. The Plover, Wisconsin native scored a power play goal, had five blocks, four shots and an assist in games against #10 St. Lawrence and the series at Penn State. Weiss has a team high 11 assists this season.

All Syracuse fans are invited to 'Skate with the Orange' on Saturday following the 'Otto's Kids Club Day' game. Skating and skate rentals are free for fans of all ages.

- Goaltender Allie Kelley continued her climb up the Syracuse single-season saves record list with 89 saves in two games at Penn State. She has 883 saves this season, which ranks third on the list. Lucy Schoedel holds the record with 946 saves in 36 games (2009-10) and Arielle DeSmet is second with 905 saves in 34 games (2022-23). Kelley had a Syracuse single-game record 65 saves against #10 St. Lawrence. The East Berne, N.Y. native faced 71 shots. The Syracuse record was 57 set by Kallie Billadeau against #1 Cornell (2010-11). Kelley's performance tied for sixth on the College Hockey America single-game record list and is the highest save total for a CHA goalie this season.
- Defenseman Rachel Teslak tallied her 50th career point against Penn State on Saturday (1/20). The Cranbrook, British Columbia native has 17 goals and 33 assists in 128 career games. Five other Orange skaters are approaching entrance into the 50 Point Club, including Darci Johal (46 points), Tatum White (46 points), Alexandria Weiss (42 points), Sarah Thompson (42 points) and Kate Holmes (40 points).
- Defenseman Alexandria Weiss played in her 150th career game at Penn State. She and Marielle McHale (157 games played) are members of the 150 Career Games Played Club. They will soon have company in the 150 career games played club, including Kate Holmes (148 games played), Kailey Langefels (144) and Darci Johal (142).
- Senior Tatum White increased her career faceoff wins total to 750 with 21 at Penn State. She ranks fifth on SU's career faceoffs wins record list. Her 279 wins at the dot this season ranks 15th in the nation and third in the CHA. Her faceoff win percentage (.533) is tied for seventh in the CHA.
- For the second year in a row, senior Sarah Thompson is a nominee for the 2024 Hockey Humanitarian Award, which is presented annually to college hockey's "finest citizen" and seeks to recognize college hockey players who contribute to local and/or global communities in a true humanitarian spirit. The Ottawa, Ontario native is one of 18 student-athletes in consideration for the honor. Two years ago, Thompson launched 'Sticks Together' to provide children opportunities in sport. Thompson has led two 'Sticks Together' events during the past two summers and is currently planning the third event for this summer in Tigman Village, Palawan. The events focus on providing opportunities for children in disadvantaged areas to learn and grow through the sport of ice hockey.
