The Syracuse track and field teams head south to Clemson to compete in the Orange and Purple Invitational.

Nicea Jones kicks things off for the orange at 11 a.m. with the women's 400-meter dash, following her first-place performance at the Nittany Lion Challenge.
After setting a new school record in the event last week, Elijah Mallard will compete in the men's 400-meter dash at 11:30 p.m.
The women's 60-meter hurdles begin at 12:30 p.m., featuring Taleea Buxton, Tia Outlaw and Peyton Rollins. The women's semifinals start at 3 p.m. with the finals to follow at 6:10 p.m.
Indie Wallace-Persaud will compete with Sierra Joseph at 1:10 p.m. in the women's 60-meter dash. Coming off a win at the Nittany Lion Challenge, ACC Performer of the Week, Jamir Brown competes at 12:50 p.m. in the 60-meter hurdles. The semifinals will be hosted at 3:10 p.m. with the final starting at 5:15 p.m.
Joseph, Wallace-Persaud and Jones will compete in the women's 200-meter sprint at 4:50 p.m. in the final prelim event of the day.
