Katrina Hable '01 Named to Upstate Lacrosse Foundation Hall of Fame

Katrina Hable '01, a member of the inaugural Syracuse women's lacrosse team and two-time IWLCA All-American, will be inducted into the Upstate Lacrosse Foundation Hall of Fame later this year, the foundation announced.
Hable was a member of the Orange lacrosse team from its first official season in 1998 through 2001. During her four seasons, she was named an IWLCA All-American twice, becoming the first Syracuse player to earn the distinction, and was an All-Region selection each of her four years. Hable scored seven goals in a game on three separate occasions and led the team in scoring during both her sophomore and junior seasons. At the end of her career, Hable ranked as Syracuse's all-time leader in points (183), goals (127) and assists (56).
During her time with the Orange, Syracuse went 43-17 overall and played in two NCAA Tournaments. Hable is part of the 27th class in the Upstate Lacrosse Foundation's Hall of Fame and becomes one of 186 individuals to receive the honor.
The Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be held at Drumlins Country Club on Sunday, November 8, 2026. Tickets for the event will go on sale in October.
