At Syracuse: Stroked the club eight to a finish in the top five percent at the 2002 Head of the Charles...rowed the six seat in the JV eight his junior year...crew won the 2002 BIG EAST Challenge...stroked the Temple Challenge Cup eight at the Henley Royal Regatta in 2001...stroked the third varsity eight to the Grand Finals at the 2001 Eastern Sprints...rowed the four seat for the freshman eight...boat won the Petite Finals at the 2000 Eastern Sprints and finished second in the Petite Finals at the IRA Regatta...his crew won the 2000 Big East Challenge.
High School: Competed two years for the Syracuse Chargers...rowed stroke his junior year and 2 seat his senior year...team was undefeated in its dual season...rowed 2 seat for the Chargers’ 8 that won a gold medal at the Empire State Games in 1999...rowed 6 seat to win a bronze medal in the sprints race at the American Rowing Championships...has also practiced martial arts for 10 years and taught professionally for four years.
