Meghan Baumer assumed the role of Athletic Communications Assistant at Syracuse in July 2015.
Baumer’s responsibilities include handling all media and public relations for the Orange volleyball and softball programs. She also serves as the secondary contact for men’s basketball and as an assistant for football.
As an undergraduate at Syracuse, Baumer worked as an athletic communications student intern and completed her senior sport management capstone in the athletic communications department. During that time, she served as the assistant media coordinator for the 2015 NCAA Men’s Basketball East Regional hosted by Syracuse, and also assisted with numerous other programs, including football.
Baumer graduated from Syracuse University in May 2015 with a degree in sport management.
