Director of operations Rachel Fiser joined the Orange volleyball program prior to the 2020 season after serving as an assistant coach at SUNY Brockport from 2018 to 2019. At Brockport, Fiser specialized in coaching the setters.
A native of Visalia, Calif., Fiser earned a degree in kinesiology, sport science and physical education from SUNY Brockport where she was a four-year volleyball letter winner. During her career, the Golden Eagles earned three NCAA Tournament invitations by winning SUNYAC Championships in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
