
Eric Morrow and the Orange will have their version of Midnight Madness on October 22 in the Carrier Dome.

Syracuse, NY - “Midnight Madness,” presented by TK99 and TK105 and sponsored by AmeriCU Credit Union, is back and will take place in the Carrier Dome on Friday, October 22, 2010. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. with the event scheduled to get underway at 7:30 p.m.
Free parking is available in the Stadium West lots at the Dome and at Manley Field House. A shuttle service will run from the Manley lots.
The event will open with the Grammy-award winning, platinum-album selling New Jersey super group Naughty by Nature at 7:30 p.m. The Harlem Wizards will bring their “Trick Hoopz and Alley Oops” program to the Dome as well that night. Singer Marcus Canty, who performed at Showtime at the Appollo is also slated to appear.
Scrimmages and drills from the men's and women's basketball teams will take place as well as a dunk and dance contest. Both squads are coming off of postseason appearances in 2010. The men's team won the BIG EAST Conference regular-season crown and advanced to the NCAA “Sweet 16” for the second consecutive year, while the women's program set a school record with 25 victories and reached the NIT quarterfinals.
Coach Jim Boeheim heads into his 35th season at the helm with returning starters Rick Jackson, a senior forward, and sophomore guard Brandon Triche. The women's team has the senior backcourt of Erica Morrow and Tasha Harris back as starters for Coach Quentin Hillsman.
AmeriCU Credit Union's Midnight Madness is free to the public, but requires a general-admission ticket limited to lower-bowl seating only. Tickets, at a limit of four per person while supplies last, will be available starting Wednesday, October 13, at the following locations:
