THE BIG EAST AT A GLANCE

With four games remaining, the Orange is in sixth place in the American Division with seven points. Providence and USF are tied for fifth place in the American Division with eight points each. Syracuse and USF meet in their regular-season finale, which could be for a berth into the tournament. St. John's is in seventh place, one point behind SU. The Orange and Red Storm play the same four opponents to close out the season. Syracuse also holds the tie-breaker over Providence and St. John's, as it beat both teams earlier this season.
SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST
