CINCINNATI, Ohio – Syracuse's road trip continues Sunday, Sept. 23 when it plays at Cincinnati. Game time is set for 12 p.m.
The Orange (4-4-2, 1-1-1) is coming off a 1-1 tie in double overtime at Louisville on Friday night. Freshman Erin Simon recorded her second goal of the season and junior goalkeeper Brittany Anghel made a season-high eight saves to lead SU. The Bearcats (4-5-1, 1-2-0) recorded their first conference victory of the season on Friday, defeating St. John's, 1-0.
THE SERIES
Sunday's game marks the third meeting between Syracuse and Cincinnati. The two previous meetings have ended in ties.
UP NEXT…
Syracuse begins its longest homestand of the season next Friday when it hosts Seton Hall at the SU Soccer Stadium at 7 p.m. There is no admission charge.
