The Orange women bumped up three spots this week
Following their third place performance at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown last Saturday, the Syracuse women shot up two places to No. 11 in this week's USTFCCCA poll.
The men held at No. 8 for the third-consecutive week after the Orange placed second at the Battle in Beantown, led by junior Martin Hehir's fourth-place finish.
Both teams are still the highest ranked team from the Northeast Region after both squads were pitted as favorites to win the region in the USTFCCCA Preseason Poll.
The Orange will next compete in Madison, Wisconsin at the Wisconsin Meet of Champions on Oct. 17.
