Syracuse closes its regular season Thursday at Clemson
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse University women's basketball team moved up two spots in the latest release of the Associated Press Poll and now ranks No. 23 in the nation. Syracuse has been ranked in the top 25 of the AP Poll in every ranking release during the 2014-15 season.

For the second straight week, the Orange is the top vote-getter outside the top 25 of the USA Today Coaches Poll. Syracuse is currently receiving 52 votes in the latest coaches' poll, two votes behind No. 25 Seton Hall.

This past week, Syracuse recorded victories against Boston College and Pittsburgh in its final two home games of the 2014-15 regular season. Junior guard Brianna Butler has now scored at least 19 points in four straight games. In addition, Butler broke the program career 3-point field goals record against the Eagles on Feb. 19 and now has 236 3-point field goals made in her collegiate career.

Syracuse takes on Clemson on Thursday night in its regular season finale. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson, S.C. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3, as well.
