Women's Hoops Ranks #20/19 in Latest Polls

Syracuse moves up two spots in the coaches' rankings
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – For the 11th-consecutive week, the Syracuse women's basketball program is ranked in the top 25 of both major national polls. Syracuse ranks No. 19 in the country in the latest USA Today Coaches Poll and No. 20 nationally in the most recent Associated Press Poll.
Last week, the Orange recorded two victories, including a 75-64 win against No. 22 Michigan State on Nov. 30. The team has defeated at least one nationally-ranked opponent every season since the 2007-08 campaign.
Syracuse will host Coppin State next on Wednesday morning. Tipoff is set for 11 a.m. in the friendly confines of the Carrier Dome.
Wednesday's game against Coppin State is School Day, as well. Anti-bullying and health and wellness presentations will occur prior to tipoff.
