Syracuse to play South Carolina at 7 p.m. EST on Friday
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The No. 14/15 Syracuse University women's basketball team will meet No. 3/2 South Carolina in the 2016 NCAA Tournament regional semifinals on Friday at 7:00 p.m. EST, as announced late Monday night. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN, as well.
Following victories against Army West Point and Albany in the first and second rounds, respectively, the Orange advanced to their first Sweet 16 in program history. Syracuse is one of two schools nationally, joining Notre Dame, to have its men's and women's programs both in the regional semifinals.
Friday's game is part of a two-game session. The ticket for the Friday session is $25, includes convenience fees. If Syracuse should advance to the Sunday game, you will be charged $17 per ticket for the same quantity you purchased for the Friday session. Tickets are available for purchase here.
