The Orange met with the media and practiced at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -Â The No. 14/15 Syracuse University women's basketball team met with the media and took the court for the first time at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center on Thursday afternoon. Syracuse takes on No. 3/2 South Carolina on Friday night in the 2016 NCAA Tournament regional semifinals at 7:00 p.m. EST. The game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.
Cuse TV provided many different perspectives on Thursday afternoon. Senior forward Taylor Ford took over in the Orange locker room, interviewing players. Assistant coach Tammi Reiss previewed the matchup with the Gamecocks, who are coached by Reiss' Virginia teammate, Dawn Staley.Â
Friday's game is part of a two-game session. No. 9/9 Ohio State will play Tennessee in the nightcap. The ticket for the Friday session is $25, includes convenience fees. If Syracuse should advance to the Sunday game, you will be charged $17 per ticket for the same quantity you purchased for the Friday session. Tickets are available for purchase here.
