'Cuse Men Maintain No. 3 Ranking

The Syracuse men's cross country team remained No. 3 in this week's USTFCCCA poll, while the women's team are receiving votes.
Head coach Chris Fox's squad has won the Harry Lang and Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitationals so far this season and garnered 333 points in the latest poll. Northern Arizona is ranked No. 1 again, with 350 points and seven first place votes, with Stanford right behind, collecting 348 points and three first place votes. Colorado and Arkansas round out the top-five.
Virginia (No. 13), Virginia Tech (No. 26) and NC State (No. 29) are also representing the ACC in the rankings.
The women's team is coming off a third place finish at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational and received five votes in the latest poll. The Orange women rank fourth in the Northeast Region.
Both teams will be back in action at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown next week.
