NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- No. 7/9 Syracuse goes for its first ACC win of the year when it takes on Notre Dame on Saturday, March 24. Opening draw in Notre Dame, Ind. is set for 1 p.m. at Arlotta Stadium.

ORANGE ANALYSIS
Syracuse (6-2, 0-1) defeated Cornell, 14-7, on Tuesday to for its second straight win. Sophomore Emily Hawryschuk tied her career highs with five goals and six points. She leads the team in both categories (28 pts., 26g). Saturday's game will be the third of five straight on the road for the Orange.

LEVY RETURNS TO FORM
Junior Nicole Levy is averaging more than two goals per game this season and is tied for second on the team with 19. That is ahead of the pace she had as a freshman when she scored 46 goals in 25 games and earned ACC Rookie of the Year honors. Levy has scored multiple goals in six of eight games this season, including a season-high four against Florida.

SCOUTING THE FIGHTING IRISH
Notre Dame enters Saturday's game on a three-game losing streak. The Fighting Irish are 5-5 overall, 1-3 in league play.

Four different players have recorded more than 20 points this season. Maddie Howe leads the way with 29 points on a team-best 21 goals and eight assists. Nikki Ortega has 28 points on 15 goals and a team-high 13 assists. Samantha Giacolone has played the majority of minutes in goal for Notre Dame. She has an 11.53 goals-against average and a .491 save percentage.

Syracuse and Notre Dame will meet for the 25th time on Saturday. The Orange own an 18-6 advantage in the series.
