Women's Basketball Hosts Bucknell Nov. 18

Syracuse, N.Y. – Syracuse and Bucknell will meet for the first time in program history on Nov. 18 at 2 p.m. inside the Carrier Dome. It marks the second home non-conference game for the women's basketball team after opening the season Nov. 6 versus North Dakota.
The Bison are coming off a WNIT first-round appearance while Syracuse reached the NCAA Tournament for the sixth-straight season in 2017-18.
Syracuse went 22-9 overall and 10-6 in the Atlantic Coast Conference last year. The Orange appeared in the NCAA Tournament for the seventh time with Head Coach Quentin Hillsman at the helm. 'Cuse returns all five starters and 95.6 percent of its offense.
Bucknell posted a 22-10 overall record, recording its third-straight 20-plus win season after closing the year with 12 wins in 14 games. The Bison return all but two players from 2017-18 and seventh-year head coach Aaron Roussell signed a multi-year contract extension.
