
Orange Take 3-of-4 ACC Weekly Honors

Following a successful start to the 2019 campaign, the Syracuse cross country teams took three of the Atlantic Coast Conference's four weekly awards this week.
Justice Holden-Betts and Matthew Dragon swept ACC Freshman of the Week honors and Noah Beveridge earned ACC Men's Performer of the Week.
Beveridge, a redshirt freshman, took second overall in 19:53.1 at the Harry Lang Invitational. Beveridge led four 'Cuse runners to finish in the top-five to seal the team victory.
Holden-Betts was the top 'Cuse woman at the meet in her collegiate debut, finishing fourth overall. She crossed the line in 17:28.1. The Orange women took second as a team.
Dragon took 45th in his first meet with the Orange, finishing in 21:37.3.
'Cuse is back in action next weekend at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown.
