SYRACUSE N.Y.- The Orange host Louisville on Friday (Sept. 17) at 7 p.m. for their first Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) home match of the 2021 season. Syracuse enters the match with a 4-2 overall record and is 1-0 in the ACC, while Louisville is 3-2 overall and 1-0 in the ACC. All fans attending games must adhere to Syracuse University's COVID-19 policy, which can be found here.

ORANGE UPDATE
Syracuse (4-2) is coming off a 7-0 win against Binghamton on Tuesday night. Five different Orange recorded goals. Sophomore forward and ACC Offensive Player of the Week Deandre Kerr and freshman forward Curt Calov both scored two goals, while senior midfielder Manel Busquets, freshman forward Francesco Pagano, and freshman midfielder Aidan Arber each added one. The Orange are 1-0 in conference play after defeating Virginia, a team receiving votes in the national rankings, 3-1 last week. Syracuse received nine votes in the United Soccer Coaches Poll this week.
CONGRATULATIONS COACH MCINTYRE
Head coach Ian McIntyre recorded his 100th win at Syracuse on Tuesday night against Binghamton. In 12 seasons at Syracuse his record is 100-79-34 and he has a 207-143-66 career record in his 23 seasons.

- Head Coach John Haydens is in his third season leading the program.
- The Cardinals were picked to finish third in the Atlantic Division in the ACC Preseason Coaches Poll.
- Senior forward Pedro Fonseca was named to the ACC Preseason Watch List for the second consecutive season.
- Louisville received eight votes in this weeks United Soccer Coaches Poll.
ORANGE TO WATCH
- Kerr leads the team in goals with five in three games. He is also tied for first in the ACC in goals scored.
- Calov scored his first collegiate goal in the game against Niagara and recorded two goals in his first collegiate start against Binghamton.
- Graduate student goalie Lucas Daunhauer recorded a clean sheet in the game against Niagara and recorded three saves against Virginia.
