SYRACUSE, N.Y. – No 3 Syracuse is back in action on Sunday when it hosts Binghamton at 1 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. The Orange are coming off a win against No. 13 Stanford in the season opener on Friday.

ORANGE UPDATE
Senior Meaghan Tyrrell scored six goals to lead Syracuse to a 12-9 victory against Stanford on Friday night. After the teams were tied at 6-6 at halftime, the Orange went on a 6-1 scoring run to put the game out of reach. The win was the first for head coach Kayla Treanor, who made her debut on the 'Cuse sideline.
SERIES HISTORY
Syracuse and Binghamton will meet for the ninth time. The Orange have won the previous eight meetings, all of which were played in the Carrier Dome.
UP NEXT
The Orange return to the Dome next Sunday to host No. 6 Stony Brook. Syracuse is celebrating Lacrosse Legends Day and Orange All-American Katie Rowan '09 will be the first player in program history to have her jersey retired.
