Syracuse will play its final game of the 2023 calendar year on Tuesday night at Tennity Ice Pavilion. The Orange will face off against the #4 Colgate Raiders at 6 pm. All fans are encouraged to wear jerseys of their favorite team to the game. The Orange (4-13-2 overall, 1-6-1 College Hockey America) split a series with RIT last weekend, winning the game on Saturday in Rochester, 3-1. The fourth-ranked Raiders (13-2-1, 8-0 ECAC) went 0-1-1 their last time out in a series at #6 Minnesota-Duluth.

Forward Darci Johal matched her career high with two goals in Syracuse's 3-1 win at RIT on Saturday. She has five goals and six assists in 19 games this season.
The Orange rank 23rd nationally and lead College Hockey America in penalty kill percentage (.811) and tied for 11th nationally and tied for third in the CHA in power play goals (12). Syracuse has limited opponents to 14 goals on 74 power play attempts and has scored 12 goals on 59 attempts, which is a conversion percentage of .203 and ranks 16th nationally and is second in the CHA. Forwards Darci Johal, Sarah Thompson, Kate Holmes and Tatum White and defenseman Rachel Teslak lead the Orange with two power play goals each this season.
Forward Kate Holmes leads the Orange in points with 14 (five goals and nine assists). Holmes' nine assists also leads the team. Defenseman Alexandria Weiss is second with eight assists. Three skaters are tied for the team lead in goals, including Holmes, defenseman Rachel Teslak and forward Darci Johal. Johal tallied a pair of goals in the Orange win at RIT on Saturday and had an assist against the Tigers on Friday. Holmes scored six points in six games in November. She tallied one goal and one assist in each of the games against Lindenwood and also had an assist at Robert Morris and against Clarkson. Teslak had one goal and two assists in the two-game series with Lindenwood. She also had one assist in each game at Robert Morris for five points in November.
Syracuse has 245 blocked shots this season, including a season-high 21 at Boston University. Forward Darci Johal and defenseman Alexandria Weiss lead the Orange with 27 blocks each, while defensemen Rachel Teslak and Kailey Langefels have 23 apiece.
Senior Tatum White moved into sixth place on the Syracuse career face-off wins record list. She has 621 victories in the circle. This season White has 150 wins at the dot, which ranks fourth in the CHA, and ranks fifth in face-off win percentage. Orange graduate student Kate Holmes ranks 10th in the league 101 face-off wins and with a .505 win percentage. White and senior Sarah Thompson are among the top 11 faceoff specialists in Syracuse history. White ranks sixth with 621 wins in the circle, while Thompson is 11th with 376 faceoff victories. White tied a career-high with 20 wins in the circle at Robert Morris (11/3).
Forward Marielle McHale played in her 150th Syracuse game at RIT on Saturday. She ranks fifth on the Syracuse career games played record list. Former forward Victoria Klimek holds the Syracuse record with 164 games played.
