SYRACUSE, N.Y. – No. 2 Syracuse goes for its third straight win when it hosts Binghamton on Monday, February 20 in the JMA Wireless Dome. Opening draw is set for 4 p.m.

ORANGE UPDATE
Syracuse (2-0) recorded its second top-five win in as many games last Friday, defeating No. 2 Maryland, 20-11. Meaghan Tyrrell again paced the Orange offense with a career-high 11 points on six goals and five assists. Goalkeeper Delaney Sweitzer established a new career high with 13 saves.

CLIMBING THE CHARTS
Meaghan Tyrrell and Megan Carney are both climbing Syracuse's all-time goals scored list. Tyrrell moved into fifth place with six against the Terrapins, increasing her career total to 210. Carney has scored four goals in each of the first two games of the season. She is now tied for 10th place on the career leader list with 141.

SCOUTING BINGHAMTON
Binghamton enters Monday's game with a 1-1 record. The Bearcats are coming off an 11-5 win against ACC foe Pittsburgh.

Kenna Newman leads a balanced Binghamton attack as six players have scored two or more goals. She has six points on two goals and team-best four assists. Emily Manning has played every minute in goal for the Bearcats. She has an 11.00 goals-against average and a .522 save percentage.

THE SERIES
Monday's game will be the 10th all-time meeting between Syracuse and Binghamton. The Orange have won all nine previous meetings, which have all been played in the JMA Wireless Dome.

The squads last met in the JMA Dome last season. Syracuse got off to a fast start and never looked back in a 23-6 victory. Meaghan Tyrrell led the 'Cuse offense with five goals and eight points, while Megan Carney finished with four goals and five points. Sierra Cockerille also added a hat trick.
