
Orange Will Travel to Seton Hall for WNIT Second Round

The former BIG EAST rivals will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday
Syracuse (19-12) will travel to Seton Hall (18-14) for the second round of the WNITÂ on Monday, March 20. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m.Â
The Orange are coming off an 84-56 win over Kent State (21-11) on Wednesday night. Syracuse improved to 12-4 all-time in the WNIT and remains a perfect 5-0 in first round games. Dyaisha Fair paced SU with 24 points, 23 of which she scored after tallying just one point in the first quarter against KSU. Dariauna Lewis had her 12th double-double of the season while tying a season-high 17 points and 12 rebounds while Teisha Hyman had 10 points, five rebounds, five assists, two steals and one turnover in the win. Georgia Woolley added 13 points to mark the 10th-straight game in which she has scored 12 or more points.Â
Seton Hall earned a 69-61 win over Saint Joseph's (20-11) behind a 30-point performance from Lauren Park-Lane. Sidney Cooks added a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Pirates. SHU is now 2-3 in their last five games.Â
