Weekend Against Nation's Top-Teams Awaits XC

The Syracuse cross county teams return to action after a week off with two meets this weekend. Some members of the teams will head to the Princeton Fall Classic on Friday, while others gear up for one of the biggest regular season meets of the season at Pre-Nationals, hosted by Wisconsin.
Pre-Nationals Meet Info:
Date: Saturday, Oct. 19

The women will pull its race roster from a group of Selma Anderson, Heidi Demeo, Emma Eastman, Beatriz Fernandes, Jayden Harberts, Madeline Heintz, Nyah Hernandez, Olivia Joly, Sarah Lawson, Rylie Lusk and Savannah Roark.
The men will choose its entrants from a group of Connor Ackley, Benne Anderson, Alex Comerfordm Julian Franjieh, Assaf Harari, Sam Lawler, Kamari Miller, Ruben Rojas Betanzos and Ethan Wechsler.
Competing Teams:
The entirety of the top-five, and 19 total ranked women's teams will be competing in Wisconsin this weekend. No. 1 Northern Arizona, No. 2 BYU, No. 3 Washington, No. 4 Notre Dame, No. 5 NC State, No. 8 Stanford, No. 11 Florida, No. 13 Wisconsin, No. 14 Furman, No. 15 Tennessee, No. 17 New Mexico, No. 22 Ole Miss, No. 23 Syracuse, No. 24 Boston College, No. 25 Minnesota, No. 27 Lipscomb, No. 29 Arkansas and No. 30 Michigan State are all entered; plus Louisville, Utah Valley, Harvard, Toledo, Texas, Iowa State, Florida State, Wake Forest and UConn, who are receiving votes in the poll.
Nineteen of the top-30 men's teams in the most recent USTFCCCA Poll will be completing, including seven of the nation's top-10 teams, and 13 of the top-20.
