Men’s Soccer to Host Alumni Weekend

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse men's soccer welcomes back the program's alumni and families for its Alumni Weekend on Sept. 13-14. The weekend is highlighted by exciting events to celebrate the current and former players, including a Friday night nationally-televised match against Virginia Tech.
The weekend will begin on Friday, Sept. 13, in the evening with a family and alumni pre-match tailgate at SU Soccer Stadium. The pre-match festivities will lead up to the Orange's 7:30 p.m. contest against Virginia Tech, the team's first of two nationally-broadcast contests on ACC Network.
Following the match, alumni and family are invited to a post-game reception with 'Cuse's coaching staff, head coach Ian McIntyre, associate head coach Jukka Masalin, and assistant coaches Carter Lincoln and Santiago Restrepo.
Saturday's portion of the weekend will feature the program's SUccesS luncheon, an event to help foster success of both former and current players on the pitch and in life.
'Cuse returns to the pitch to conclude its three-match homestand on Monday, Sept. 2, against Le Moyne. First touch is set for 7 p.m. and the match will be streamed on ACC Network Extra. Parking and attendance are free for all in attendance.
