2003-04: Team captain…scored points for Syracuse at the BIG EAST Championship in multiple events…finished sixth in the 200 freestyle relay (1:22.07), a top time for the Orange during the season, and fifth in the 400 medley relay with a time of 3:21.06…also scored points in the 200 medley relay (5th - 1:31.29), the 50 freestyle (16th - 20.82), the 100 butterfly (7th - 49.15) and the 100 freestyle (16th - 46.17)… was a top performer in the 50 freestyle, the 100 fly, 100 freestyle, 200 medley relay, 800 freestyle relay and the 400 freestyle relay at the Nike Cup…a part of the first-place relay teams in the 200 medley relay versus Colgate, and at the Sonny Werblin Invitational. 2002-03: A member of SU’s 400-meter medley relay team that placed ninth(3:56.91) at the ConocoPhillips National Swimming Championship in Indianapolis…finished eighth in the 100 butterfly at the BIG EAST Championship with a season-best time of 49.23…finished 12th overall in the 50 freestyle…his top time of 20.57 in the 50 free was recorded in the morning prelims…also scored points for the Orange in the 100 freestyle where he placed 13th…his best time in the 100 free was 45.41 and came in the prelims…member of SU’s 200 medley relay team that finished sixth at the conference meet with a time of 1:32.33…won three events in a dual-meet against Colgate in the 50 freestyle, 100 butterfly and 200 medley relay…won three events later in the season in a dual meet against Villanova in the 200 medley relay, the 100 butterfly and the 400 freestyle relay. 2001-02: Selected as the team's Rookie of the Year…scored points at the BIG EAST Championship in the 100 freestyle (16th - 45.93)…swam with the 400 freestyle relay team that finished fifth at the conference meet (3:03.29)…also competed in the 50 freestyle and the 800 freestyle relay…member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the Fall 2001 semester. High School: Honorable Mention All-American his senior year…named to the All-Met Team by the Washington Post…was the team's MVP as a sophomore, junior and senior…served as team captain his senior year…set three district records in the 100 butterfly, the 200 freestyle and the 200 individual medley…captured first-place at the Virginia State Championships in the 100 freestyle…took second in the 50 freestyle at the state championship meet…member of Victor's Swim Club with whom he went to junior nationals and sectionals…member of the National Honor Society.
