The Syracuse ice hockey team hosts Lindenwood this weekend in its regualr-season finale. The Orange and Lions face off on Tuesday, Feb. 26th at 7 p.m. Prior to puck drop on Wednesday, Feb. 27th at 7 p.m., SU's two seniors, Holly Carrie-Mattimoe and Jacquie Greco, will be honored. These two games were rescheduled from this weekend, due to a snow storm in the midwest.

• SU's two seniors, Holly Carrie-Mattimoe and Jacquie Greco, will be honored prior to Wednesday's game.
• Carrie-Mattimoe has rewritten the Orange record book throughout her four years at SU. The Sherwood Park, Alberta native is SU's career leader in games played (137), goals (38), assists (56), power play goals (19) and points (56). Carrie-Mattimoe was appointed captain by her teammates prior to her senior season.
• Greco has been a strong leader for SU both on and off the ice. Beginning the year at defeseman, Greco was moved up to foward and has tallied eight goals so far this season. She has been a captain of the Orange for the past two years and has seen action in 120 career games.

• The Orange has clinched second place in the CHA, which grants them a bye weekend in the first round of the conference tournament.
• Mercyhurst secured first place and home ice advantage for the CHA semifinals by sweeping the Orange this past weekend.
• SU will travel to Mercyhurst on March 8th. Its opponent will be determined next weekend during the first round.
• SU has 25 points and is ahead of third-place RIT by six points.
• Tied for fourth place with 15 points each is Lindenwood and in sixth is Penn State with (4 points).
• In the CHA Preseason Poll, the Orange were picked to finish third behind Mercyhurst and RMU.

• Prior to its two losses against Mercyhurst, SU recorded an eight game winning streak that was kicked off on Jan. 18th with a 2-1 win against Lindenwood.

• On Saturday, the Lakers score three times in the first period before the Orange held them scoreless for the next two frames. Margot Scharfe scored twice in the second period to put the Orange within one goal.
• Kallie Billadeau was in net, notching 25 saves on Friday and 24 on Saturday.
