
Morrow Leads Team to League Title

Morrow led the league in steals during the 2015-16 season
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Erica Morrow, a former Syracuse University women's basketball player, just wrapped up the 2015-16 season in the Total League in Luxembourg with Amicale Steinsel. Morrow led her squad to the league title.
Amicale Steinsel only lost one game during the 2015-16 season, coming to Basket Esch on Nov. 14, 2015. The team won its final 18 games of the regular season before cruising to the league championship, sweeping its two opponents in postseason competition.
Morrow averaged 23.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 3.5 steals in 26 games played for Amicale Steinsel. The Brooklyn, N.Y. native earned Eurobasket.com Luxembourg Guard of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year after leading the league in steals, ranking second in steals, and owning the third-best scoring mark.
The guard ranks third in Orange history in career points scored, notching 1,658 points in her time on campus. A 2007 McDonald's All-American in high school, Morrow ranks second in program history with 283 career steals.
