SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse women's basketball team (17-4, 6-2 ACC) improved to No. 14 in the latest USA Today Coaches Poll. The Orange went 1-0 last week defeating Virginia at home for their seventh win in the Carrier Dome this season.

After a week's rest, Syracuse heads to Kentucky to face No. 2 Louisville in on Thursday night. The clash with the Cardinals will be the seventh top-25 opponent for 'Cuse this season. The Orange are 3-3 against nationally-ranked opponents with all three wins coming on the road.

Tip-off versus the Cards is set for 7 p.m. on ACC Network Extra. Following Thursday's game, the Orange return home for five-straight home games begininng Sunday against Boston College. Tickets are available online.
