
Orange Hit the Road For Battle in Beantown

Both the men and women's cross country squads ship out to Boston this weekend to compete in the Three Team Battle in Beantown. The men will look for a fourth consecutive win at the Battle in Beantown. The women look to repeat 2019's first-place performance for a second straight victory in Boston, and the first win of the season. The meet will take place Friday, September 25 at the Coogan Course at Highland Park in Attleboro, Mass.

- Action begins with the women's 5k at 2:30 p.m.
- The men's 8k race will start at 3:15 p.m.
- A combined men's and women's novice 5k race starts at 4 p.m.
- Teams will also be limited to 15 runners per race in order to comply with social distancing measures.

- Only true freshmen are eligible for the conference's Rookie of the Week honor.
- The Orange swept the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown last year, with the men finishing with 64 points and the women 35 points.
