Weekend Celebration Set for Class of 2024

Syracuse will celebrate 12 members of the Class of 2024 this weekend during its series against Mercyhurst at Tennity Ice Pavilion. The Orange host the Lakers at 6 pm on Friday and at 3 pm on Saturday. The class includes seven graduate students and five seniors.

All fans are invited to stay for the Class of 2024 ceremony following the game on Saturday.

The Class of 2024 includes:

Kate Holmes, Darci Johal, Kailey Langefels, Alexandria Weiss and Rachel Teslak joined the Orange in the fall for their fifth year of hockey and to pursue graduate degrees. The group has posted 90 points in 32 games.
Sixth-year forward Marielle McHale was a member of the program's first CHA Regular Season Championship in 2022 and was part of the 2019 and 2022 teams that won CHA Tournament titles and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
Forward Haley Uliasz returned to Syracuse for a fifth year and joined the hockey program in the fall after competing with the Syracuse women's rowing team for four years. Uliasz raced in multiple boats and competed at three NCAA and three ACC Championships and represented the Orange at the Henley Royal Regatta in London, England last summer.
Kambel Beacom, Rayla Clemons, Sarah Thompson, Tatum White and Amelia Van Vliet were all members of the program's first CHA Regular Season Championship in 2022. The team won the 2022 CHA Tournament earning an invitation to the 2022 NCAA Tournament.
