SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The No. 20/19 Syracuse women's basketball hosts in-state foe Niagara in its final non-conference home contest of the 2016-17 regular season on Saturday afternoon. Tipoff is set for 3 p.m. in the Carrier Dome.

Saturday's game is "Four Quarters of Giveaways." Each quarter, those in attendance will have the opportunity to a special prize. Tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 1-888-DOMETIX, or by visiting the Carrier Dome box office (Gate B) during normal business hours.
Parking is free for all season ticket holders throughout the day (show your season tickets). For those who do not have season tickets, parking will be free after 1 p.m.

In addition, all fans are invited to participate in the Stanley Steemer Toy Drive. Fans can bring new toys or slightly used stuffed animals to the Carrier Dome before the game. Bins will be placed at Carrier Dome gates A, B, C, M, and N for toy drop-off.

Saturday's matchup will be broadcast on ACC Network Extra with Brian Higgins '04 (play-by-play) on the call. Higgins also will be live on the Syracuse IMG Sports Network. As always, follow @CuseWBB on Twitter for live in-game updates.

Syracuse enters Saturday's game with a 7-3 overall record. In their last outing, the Orange recorded a 73-30 victory against Coppin State on Dec. 7. Syracuse held its opposition scoreless for the opening 9:52 of action, storming to a 46-point victory on the first School Day in the Carrier Dome.

Niagara comes into the weekday matchup with a 4-4 overall mark. In their last contest, the Purple Eagles notched a 75-62 victory against Hartford on Dec. 7. Junior forward Kaylee Stroemple and redshirt junior forward Victoria Rampado each secured at least 20 points in the league win.

Home Court Advantage
Syracuse holds one of the strongest home court advantages in the nation. Under head coach Quentin Hillsman, the Orange own an 83-4 overall record against non-conference opposition at home.

Prior to its loss against Arizona State on Dec. 12, 2015, SU had won 72 non-conference home games in-a-row, which was the longest active streak in the nation. Prior to its setback against the Sun Devils, the Orange's last home loss against a non-conference opponent came on Dec. 22, 2006.

Since the 2010-11 season, Syracuse has played all of its home contests inside the friendly confines of the Carrier Dome. The Orange own a 135-51 (.726) overall record in the Loud House.

Senior center Briana Day has been leaving her mark in the Syracuse women's basketball record book. Day and Orange all-time leading scorer Kayla Alexander are the only two players in program history with at least 150 blocked shots and 700 rebounds in their collegiate careers.

Day ranks fifth in program history with 208 career blocked shots. Alexander holds the SU career record, blocking 350 shots from 2010-13. In addition, Day ranks sixth in school history with 902 career rebounds. Nicole Michael, the Orange's all-time leader in boards, collected 996 rebounds from 2007-10.

As a junior, Day collected ACC All-Defensive Team honors, her first all-conference recognition of her collegiate career. The center ranked third in the league and 51st nationally in blocks, averaging 1.97 blocked shots per contest.

The Raleigh, N.C. native shattered the SU single-season rebounds record during her sophomore season. Day notched 322 boards on the year, 21 more than Martha Mogish posted in 1980-81.
