Syracuse heads to Boston this weekend to compete in the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown on Friday afternoon.

ABOUT THIS MEET:
The Coast-To-Coast Battle field features some ranked competition for the Orange once again. On the men's side, No. 6 Arkansas are the lone ranked team competing. The women's race features No. 13 North Carolina, No. 22 Connecticut and No. 26 Providence. Additionally, the field will have teams from: Boston College, Albany, Army, Boston University, Brown, Buffalo (M), Columbia, Connecticut, Dartmouth, Delaware (W), Duke, Harvard, Maine, UMass, New Hampshire, Northeastern, Rhode Island, Santa Clara, and Yale.
LAST TIME OUT
The Orange had a strong showing at the Harry Grove Spiked Shoe Invitational as they swept both individual races.
Senior Amanda Vestri won the women's 6K race (20:15.5). Fellow senior Joe Dragon placed first in the men's 5.2 mile, finishing the race in 25:11.8. The men placed second overall in the meet, while the women finished in fourth place.
Dragon and Vestri swept ACC Performer of the Week honors, while freshman Sydney Nowicki earned ACC Rookie of the Week after their races.
ORANGE ENTRIES
Holly Bent, Annie Boos, Sage Brooks, Justus Holden-Betts, Sophia Jacobs-Townsley, Sydney Nowicki, Savannah Roark, Abigail Spiers, Amanda Vestri and Reilly Zink are registered for the women's race.
Noah Beveridge, Alex Comerford, Silas Derfel, Joe Dragon, Joey Eovaldi, Nathan Henderson, Matthew Scrape, Brody Smith, Aidan Tooker, JP Trojan and Ethan Wechsler are the Orange men's entries.
There's also an open race, which will feature Sarah Connelly, Laura Dickinson, Maddie Heintz, Olivia Joly, Kate Kemnitz, Caroline Kirby, Emily Lane, Ellie Lawlor, Emily Nugent, Siobhan O'Keefe and Bethany Steiner.
