The next big test of the regular season awaits the Syracuse cross country teams on Saturday, when they head to the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.

The meet will feature 19 ranked teams in the men's race, 24 ranked teams in the women's race. The Orange will also send a contingent of runners to the Penn State National on Friday as well.

ABOUT THE MEET
It'll be one of the most hotly contested meets of the season. Of the 43 combined ranked squads between the two meets, there are also a handful of teams ranked in the top-10. Eight of the top-10 are represented in each race, and 17 of the top-20 teams in the women's poll will be in attendance.

ORANGE ENTRIES
Noah Carey, Alex Comerford, Assaf Harari, Nathan Henderson, Nathan Lawler, Sam Lawler, Paul O'Donnell and Matthew Scrape are entered in the men's race. Seven of those eight will end up starting for 'Cuse.

The women's race will feature seven runners from the nine athletes entered: Sage Brooks, Emma Eastman, Beatriz Fernandes, Ivy Gonzales, Sophia Jacobs-Townsley, Olivia Joly, Eleanor Lawler, Savannah Roark and Abigail Spiers.

ABOUT THE MEET
The Orange are the favorite in each race according to the national polls as 'Cuse is in the top-15 of both, while the women's squads from West Virginia and Villanova (both receiving votes) are the next two teams represented in the polls.

ORANGE ENTRIES
The women have Emma Eastman, Justus Holden-Betts, Shanley Koekemoer, Kensey May, Shona McCulloch, Emily Nugent, Olivia Shattuck, Reilly Zink and Lucy Zombek entered in the race.

The men's race will feature Silas Derfel, Matthew Dragon, Dominic Hockenbury, Patrick Malone, Kamari Miller, Kevin Robertson, Ethan Wechsler and Karl Winter.
