Syracuse added to its list of honors on Tuesday afternoon, as the ACC unveiled its All-ACC honorees with seven Orange players among those recognized.
The honorees are headlined by Dan Guyette and Molly Guzik who were both tabbed as First Team selections. Emma Muchnick, Izzy Lahah, Caroline Trinkaus and Coco Vandiver each landed on the Second Team while Kaci Benoit was named Third Team.
Each team included three attackers, three midfielders, three defenders, one goalkeeper, one draw specialist and five at-large selections.
A year after being named a Third Team honoree, Guyette brings home her first ever All-ACC First Team award. Guyette has been the backbone for one of the nation's top defenses, holding foes to just 7.02 goals per game, the second-best mark of any netminder in the nation. She was named ACC Defensive Player of the Week twice this season and is also on the Tewaaraton Top-25 list.
Guzik takes home her first career All-ACC honor, landing on the First Team. She has compiled 47 points this year, with a team-high 37 goals. Guzik has netted at least one goal in 15 of 16 games this season, including six games with three or more goals. She had a career-best six goals in a 9-6 win over Northwestern, garnering USA Lacrosse Magazine Division I Player of the Week and ACC Offensive Player of the Week honors. She is also a Tewaaraton Top-25 Finalist.
Muchnick brings home her second career All-ACC selection with her Second Team award. A true two-way midfielder, Muchnick has logged 16 goals and added 10 caused turnovers. She was selected by the California Palms in the third round of the WLL Collegiate Draft last week.
Lahah leads the Orange defense with 43 caused turnovers this season. She is closing in on the Syracuse single-season program record for caused turnovers, which is currently held by Katie Goodale who had 45 in 2024. Lahah was named ACC Defensive Player of the Week once this season.
Trinkaus earns her second All-ACC honor after being a Third Team selection in 2025. She is second on the team with 24 points, paired with nine assists. Trinkaus had a signature moment earlier this season, scoring the game-winning goal against Notre Dame in a fourth overtime period.
Vandiver pairs with Lahah on the back line, boasting 40 caused turnovers this season. Alongside Lahah, the two are the only pair of teammates in program history to each log 40 caused turnovers or more in a single-season. Vandiver is also the only player in program history to have multiple seasons with 40 or more caused turnovers. This is her second All-ACC selection, being named a Third Team selection last season. She is a Tewaaraton Top-25 finalist.
Benoit lands on the Third Team for the second time in her career after posting 15 caused turnovers and 21 ground balls this season. She helped seal up a victory against Virginia, forcing a turnover on the final Cavalier possession to secure the narrow 6-5 triumph.
Syracuse starts its postseason on Wednesday when it takes on Virginia in the ACC Tournament quarterfinal. The game is set for a 2 p.m. start at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. and will air on ACC Network.
