
Syracuse vs. Notre Dame Tabbed One of 15 Best Remaining Games This Season

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Orange's upcoming ESPN2 Big Monday matchup with No. 1 Notre Dame, scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25 inside the Carrier Dome, is receiving hype as one of the best games remaining this Division I women's college basketball season.
The meeting between the Atlantic Coast Conference foes is billed as a battle between two of the best teams in the country. Syracuse (15-4, 4-2 ACC) currently ranks in the top 15 in both the Associated Press (No. 13) and USA Today Coaches (No. 14) polls, while Notre Dame (18-1, 6-0 ACC) maintains the top spot (No. 1) for the third consecutive week.
The matchup also features two of the nation's best guards in the Orange's Tiana Managakahia and Notre Dame's Arike Ogunbowale. Managakahia is Syracuse's leading scorer and distributor, averaging 16.1 points per game and 7.9 assists per game. Ogunbowale, meanwhile, is a reigning All-American and is averaging a team-high 21.5 points per game this season.
