Orange Return to Racing in Boston
The Syracuse cross country teams will race at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown hosted by Boston College on Friday, their fourth race of the season.

The 'Cuse women are first in action at 12p.m. The Orange will have its participants from an entered field of: Beatriz Fernandes, Tess Fitzmaurice, Leah Futey, Justus Holden-Betts, Caroline Kirby, Madeline Lutz, Taylor Mascetta, Siobhan O'Keefe, Olivia Shattuck, Bethany Steiner, Emily Toth-Ratazzi, Reilly Zink, and Lucy Zombek.

The men will run 30 minutes later, and pull from its field of: Noah Beveridge, Eamon Burke, Silas Derfel, Joey Eovaldi, Julian Franjieh, Joey Hendershot, Nathan Lawler, Patrick Malone, Kamari Miller, Gabriel Planty, and Ruben Rojas Betanzos.
LAST TIME OUT:
The Orange men placed fourth at the Virginia College and Open Invitational last Saturday, led by Paul O'Donnell who finished in the top 20. The 'Cuse women finished tenth at the event, led by Savannah Roark, who took 41st in her season debut.
The field marked the first big test for the Orange on the season, competing against some of the nation's highest ranked programs. Both teams had strong performances that led them to shoot up the national rankings.
RANKING THE ORANGE:
The Syracuse men moved up five spots in this week's poll to No. 6 in the nation, while the women vaulted back into the rankings and now occupy the No. 21 spot.
