SYRACUSE, New York -- No. 5 Syracuse will be in action in the JMA Wireless Dome for the first time in 2024 when it hosts No. 18 Army on Wednesday, Feb. 14. Opening draw is set for 4 p.m.

Tickets for Wednesday's game are on sale at Cuse.com/tickets. Parking for all home games is free of charge. The Orange are celebrating Military Appreciation Day and fans who arrive early will receive a camo beanie.

The game will be broadcast on ACCNX. Fans can also listen to the live call on WJPZ 89.1FM in the Syracuse area. Live updates will also be available on social media (@CuseWLax).

ORANGE UPDATE
The Orange opened the season with an 18-15 setback at No. 1 Northwestern last weekend in Evanston, Illinois. Junior Olivia Adamson led the 'Cuse offense with a career-high six goals, while graduate student Delaney Sweitzer made 13 saves in goal. The Wildcats led by six, 8-2, after the first quarter, but the Orange fought back and two-straight goals by senior Emma Ward cut the deficit to one, 15-14. Northwestern responded with a 3-0 scoring run and went on to the victory.

'CUSE IN HOME OPENERS
Syracuse has an all-time record of 20-6 in its first home game of the season. The Orange have won 10-straight home openers, dating back to 2014. The last team to defeat Syracuse in its first game of the season in the JMA Wireless Dome was Maryland in 2013.

SCOUTING ARMY
Army lost its season opener, 13-9, to No. 17 USC last weekend. Three players scored multiple goals for the Black Knights, while Brigid Duffy and Allison Reilly both finished with four points on a goal and three assists.

Orange fans will see a familiar face on the Army sideline. The Black Knights are coached by Orange All-American Michelle Tumolo. She starred for the Orange from 2010-13 and was a Tewaaraton Award finalist in 2012.
