High School: Swam all four years in high school, mostly sprint freestyle...helped set a record in the 200 medley relay (1:40.29)...also played soccer and volleyball, where he was a defensive specialist in both sports...his career-best times were set his senior year where he swam the 50 freestyle in 21.73, the 100 freestyle in 48.92, and the 100 butterfly in 55.45...his team won the swimming state championship in 2001...his volleyball team won the state championship in 2002...a two-time YMCA All-American...twice earned all-scholastic recognition from The Boston Globe...member of the National Honor Society, the French Club and the Snowboard Club.
Personal: Born Feb. 21, 1984...son of Bill and Janet Quinn...one brother...enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
