2001-02: Finished 15th in the 200 breaststroke at the BIG EAST Championship with a time of 2:22.71 in the finals...her top time of the season in the 100 breaststroke was 1:07.91, achieved at the Nike Cup...also swam some butterfly and IM events for the Orangewomen...earned a spot on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.
2000-01: Recipient of the Pat & Bob Barlow Award for academic and athletic excellence...a BIG EAST Academic All-Star...named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters...was 12th in the 200 breaststroke at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 2:21.76...swam the prelims of the 200 breaststroke in a season-best time of 2:21.33...finished 18th in the prelims of the 100 breaststroke at the conference meet with a time of 1:06.16...competed in the 400 IM at the league championships.
1999-00: All-BIG EAST in the 100 breaststroke (1:06.99) and the 200 breaststroke (2:23.44) where she placed 13th and 12th, respectively...swam some butterfly and IM events during the regular season...BIG EAST Academic All-Star...named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll during the fall and spring semesters.
High School: A provincial record holder in Ontario...earned a gold medal in the 200 breaststroke at the Ontario Senior Championships in 1998...earned a bronze in the event later that year at the Canadian Youth Nationals...five-time member of the Ontario Tour Team...earned Swimmer of the Year honors in 1996-97 and garnered the most improved award in 1997-98...attended Mount St. Joseph College for high school, but it did not have a swim team...swam for the Sault Y Dolphins and the S.S. Marie Aquatic Club, before moving to Etobicoke.
Personal: Born May 29, 1981 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario...the daughter of Jeanne and Ray Jonusaitis...one brother...majoring in biology.
