Bio
This Year: Had appendectomy surgery this fall...should be back once he fully recovers.
High School: Swam all four years at Blackhawk High School...competed in sprint events and the 100 backstroke...he posted his fastest times as a senior in the 50 freestyle (22.11), the 100 freestyle (48.83) and the 200 freestyle (1:51.00)...his time in the 200 freestyle was a team record...served as team captain his senior year...earned all-state honors in the 50 freestyle...earned all-state honorable mention accolades in the 100 freestyle.
Personal: Born March 6, 1984...the son of John and Margaret Bayuk...has two brothers and one sister...majoring in aerospace engineering...is a member of SU's Air Force ROTC.
