Michael Among Rebounding Leaders in Poland

Michael averaged 8.0 rebounds per game for two clubs
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – 2010 Associated Press All-America Honorable Mention Nicole Michael '10 teamed with fellow Orange alumna Julie McBride '04 to lead Energa Torun to a quarterfinal appearance in the Polish Basketball League.
In 14 contests, Michael notched 10.4 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.8 blocked shots per game. She finished tied for 10th in the Polish Basketball League in boards after pulling down 7.4 rebounds per outing.
Prior to joining Energa Torun in the midst of the 2016-17 campaign, Michael played for fellow league member JAS FBG. In 12 contests played, she averaged 13.3 points, 8.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.5 steals, and 0.9 blocks per game.
The Queens, N.Y. product ranks second in program history with 996 rebounds in her collegiate career. In addition, she is fourth on the Syracuse women's basketball all-time scoring list with 1,787 points scored.
