2002-03: Improved her time and finish in the 200 butterfly at the BIG EAST Championship with an 11th-place showing and a time of 2:04.30 in the finals…her preliminary time of 2:03.94 stood as her fastest time of the season in the 200 fly…raced in the 400 individual medley at the conference meet and posted a time of 4:34.13…finished second in the 200 butterfly in dual meets against West Virginia and Connecticut…named to the Fall 2002 Athletic Director's Honor Roll…a BIG EAST Academic All-Star.
2001-02: Finished 15th in the 200 butterfly at the BIG EAST Championship with a time of 2:07.80 in the finals…recorded her fastest time of the season in the 200 butterfly during the BIG EAST prelims (2:06.33)…was first at the Rutgers Invitational in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:11.57…earned a spot on the Spring 2002 Athletic Director's Honor Roll…a BIG EAST Academic All-Star.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in swimming at Lakes High School for Coach Mike Stauffer…trained with two club teams, WAKO Aquatics and King Aquatic Club…also attended Life Christian Academy, a prep school…won the district championship in the 500 freestyle as a senior…placed second in the 200 IM at districts…finished fourth in the 500 freestyle and eighth in the 200 IM at the state championship her senior year…in the spring of 2000, she posted a sixth-place finish in the 200 butterfly at the junior nationals held in Anchorage, Alaska…a five-time junior national qualifier…member of the African American Club, gospel choir and concert choir.
